Chapter 3 Choices 2.0 Rhetorical Précis
In the informative novel “Choices 2.0:
Situations for College Writing” (2010), Joe Marshall Hardin asserts that
quality narrative structure is required to keep one’s audience engaged and to
appeal to ethos, pathos, and logos. He
supports his statement by providing examples such as writing our own personal
experiences, citing our sources, and picking specific arguments. His purpose was to show the different variety
of narrative structures in order to promote creative writing in a structural
way. His tone gave critical thinking
towards his audience while explaining each step with personal and global
examples.
